Privacy & KVKK Notice

This notice covers Deniz İnce’s personal website and general enquiries initiated from it. It does not replace separate information for patient registration, examinations or treatment. Reading this notice or browsing the site is not, by itself, explicit consent.

1. Controller and contact

Deniz İnce is the controller for this personal website. The Dentince clinic address is used for correspondence:

2. Website and communication channels

The site has no membership, online enquiry form, payment or medical-document upload facility. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, the name, telephone number, email address, message and appointment request you provide are used to handle that communication. The Dentince team also reads messages on the WhatsApp number.

Please do not send detailed health information, X-rays, reports or identity documents through these channels. Any health-data processing needed for examinations and treatment requires separate information from the clinic.

3. Purpose, collection and legal grounds

Contact information is collected directly from you through your chosen channel. Necessary appointment communication is considered under KVKK Article 5/2(c), to the extent directly related to entering into a contract. Responses to general enquiries are considered under Article 5/2(f), the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries without harming your fundamental rights. Handling KVKK requests is covered by the legal-obligation ground in Article 5/2(ç). These grounds do not constitute general permission to process health data.

Opening the site sends your IP address and browser request information to the hosting infrastructure to establish the connection. This technical traffic and the infrastructure’s security logs are separate from website content.

4. Access and service providers

Deniz İnce and the Dentince team handling appointments may access your enquiries. Your chosen communications provider also processes data within its service. Email uses Google/Gmail and WhatsApp uses WhatsApp/Meta. The site is hosted through Sites, with content delivery through Cloudflare.

Photographs, video and press covers, and fonts are served as files from this site. No external map is embedded. Google Maps opens only when you follow the directions link. See the Cookies and External Content Policy.

Hosting and the external services you choose to visit may process data abroad. Following an external link is not blanket consent for all international transfers. Transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards for hosting and communications require separate assessment; this notice does not certify that this assessment is complete. You can use the clinic telephone or postal address instead of external online services.

5. Retention and deletion

The site application does not create a visitor account or save cookie preferences. Any browser-session preference record left by the previous version is removed. Message and infrastructure-log retention is separate from this website interface. You can request information on retention and deletion of communications through the contact details above. Requests are assessed in light of applicable statutory retention requirements and the protection of legal rights.

6. Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, its purpose and appropriate use, learn who receives it in Türkiye or abroad, request correction and, when applicable, erasure or destruction. You may request notification of corrections or erasure to recipients, object to adverse outcomes arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

7. Making a request

Address written requests to Deniz İnce at the postal address above. You may email dr.denizince@gmail.com from an email address previously provided to us and held in our records, or use other legally recognised methods. State your request and contact details. Necessary, proportionate identity verification may be requested; do not publish identity documents in public areas.

Requests are answered as soon as practicable, and within thirty days. Where the procedure incurs additional costs, the tariff set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
